Pricing options


Bundles


Our bundles are products that group a number of our courses. When you purchase or subscribe to a bundle, you'll be able to access all the courses included in the bundle.

You have the option to pay once and get lifetime access to all courses included in the bundle.

Alternatively, you can subscribe for a monthly fee. In this case, you'll have access to the courses in the bundle, so long your subscription is active.


Courses


Courses are individual learning units. You can buy them individually, or as part of a bundle.

If you decide to buy the courses individually, the only option is to pay once and get lifetime access.


Refund Policy


Pay once, lifetime access


If you buy any of our courses or bundles through a pay once, get lifetime access pricing model, there is a 30-day money back guarantee. If you don't find the course useful, contact us within the first 30 days of purchase and you will get a full refund.


How do I request a refund?

If you’d like to request a refund for a course you have purchased, contact us through Train in Data’s Contact Form.

To access this form:

  1. Login to Train in Data.
  2. Click the student profile in the top right corner.
  3. Click on Contact.
  4. A form will appear to add your contact information and a message.
  5. Please include the name of the course for which you would like to get a refund.
  6. After completing the form, click Send.

We usually respond within 1-2 business days.



Subscriptions

You have the option to subscribe in any of our bundles to get access to the courses. Each subscription comes with a 3-day free trial. After this period you will be charged, unless you cancelled your subscription.

You will continue to be charged monthly, every month thereafter, until you cancel yous subscription.

Please note that after a month has been charged, the fee is non-refundable. So, please make sure to cancel your subscription if you don't want to be charged any further.


What if I don't hear back from you?

That is extremely unlikely. We take our students very seriously. Unless something seriously bad happens to us, we will get back to you as soon as we can.

In any case, our school runs on Teachable. So in the unlikely event that you don't hear from us, you can contact Teachable's Customer Support team directly for further assistance at [email protected].
