How do I request a refund?
If you’d like to request a refund for a course you have purchased, contact us through Train in Data’s Contact Form.
To access this form:
- Login to Train in Data.
- Click the student profile in the top right corner.
- Click on Contact.
- A form will appear to add your contact information and a message.
- Please include the name of the course for which you would like to get a refund.
- After completing the form, click Send.
We usually respond within 1-2 business days.
